So, January 14 is our first anniversary of the day I told the man I love with all my heart that I really had a very large crush on him… and after much freaking out behind the scenes he then admitted he felt the same. (Technically I told him how I felt on January 13, but this wouldn’t be much of a story if he didn’t feel the same, would it?)
Except January 19 is the anniversary of our first in-person day together after deciding to be together as boyfriend and girlfriend, the “seal the deal” date. Because Denny’s and Cloverfield are total deal sealers. :winks:
So, instead of fighting over which is more important to us, we have an anniversary week rather than an anniversary date.
Wednesday we went to Santa Fe steakhouse in Forest Hills and had amazing nachos, pretty tasty dinner (at least on my plate), and spectacularly awesome conversation.
Not exactly sure what we’re doing today through Monday, but I enjoy every single day I get to have with Dawg, so I know I’ll enjoy those days too no matter what they may bring.
